G. Steele Dewey, III
Chairman and CEO
Steele founded Aston Properties in April 1980. Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a full-service retail development and management company which operates in the Middle Atlantic and Southeastern States.
A graduate of The McCallie School and The Citadel, with a B.S. in business administration, Steele served two years as a US Army officer. He has served on the National Board of the YMCA and as chairman of the Metropolitan Board of the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, the Board of Trustees of The McCallie School and the Board of Goodwill Industries.

George S. Dewey, IV
President
George has a lead role in all new projects, including property acquisition, property development and anchor tenant relationship responsibilities. Prior to joining Aston in 1997, George was with Charlotte, NC based developer, The Bissell Companies.
George graduated from McCallie School and Hampden-Sydney College (B.A. in economics). He served as chairman of the Board of Managers for the Simmons YMCA of Charlotte, serves on the Executive Committee of the May 20th Society, and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, having served as a panelist and committee member of the Carolinas Idea Exchange.

Randolph W. (Randy) Green
Senior Vice President – Leasing & Property Management
Randy brings more than 25 years of Southeastern US retail leasing experience to Aston Properties. While employed by the nation’s largest strip shopping center, REIT, he completed over 150 new lease transactions totaling over 1 million square feet in less than six years. At Aston Properties, he heads the Leasing Department and has supervisory responsibility for the Property Management Department. Under his direction, the firm’s portfolio enjoys an occupancy rate in excess of 93 percent.
Randy earned a B.A. in marketing from the University of Kentucky and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. He serves as a committee member of the Carolinas Idea Exchange and is an active member of ICSC. |
