Randolph W. (Randy) Green
Senior Vice President Leasing & Property Management
Randy brings more than 19 years of Southeastern US retail leasing experience to Aston Properties. While employed by the nation’s largest strip shopping center, REIT, he completed over 150 new lease transactions totaling over 1 million square feet in less than six years. At Aston Properties, he heads the Leasing Department and has supervisory responsibility for the Property Management Department. Under his direction, the firm’s portfolio enjoys an occupancy rate in excess of 98 percent.
Randy earned a B.A. in marketing from the University of Kentucky and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. |

Steven J. (Steve) Townley, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Steve has a varied background in accounting, finance and tax. He has served as CFO of Aston Properties since 1999, and brings the knowledge and experience necessary to structure, finance and close complex real estate transactions. His career began in public accounting at Ernst & Young. In 1991, he became tax director for Bovis Lend Lease, a $2 billion construction services company.
Steve is a graduate of Northeastern University (Boston, MA), where he majored in finance and accounting, and is a North Carolina Certified Public Accountant. He serves as a volunteer coach in YMCA youth sports programs and is active in Y-Guides and Cub Scouts, where he is Pack Treasurer. |

L. Karen Partee
Vice President Pre-Construction Services
Karen has developed a strong command of legal and real estate documentation and a deep understanding of the complex issues faced in retail development during her 19 years with Aston Properties. She is responsible for identifying, motivating and coordinating the activities of key consultants, vendors and service providers in preparing a site for development and for operating and maintaining the firm’s technology systems.
Karen attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has received training on multiple computer platforms and software systems. She is active in her church and serves as a YMCA volunteer. |
