Phase I
The initial phase of this 430,000 square foot master planned project was completed in 2004 with anchor Harris Teeter and 26,051 square feet of restaurant and service tenants. The center provides the main shopping for the Village of Wesley Chapel.
Phase II
This larger and final phase of the master planned project will complement the architectural details of Phase I on a grand scale. Main Street style retail and pedestrian friendly amenities will create the backdrop for desirable retail traffic. A recently opened CVS anchors the corner. This prime property is located in the fourth highest growth rate county in North Carolina.
